Neste artigo formúlase e analízase a cuestión da necesidade, posibilidade e status xurídico dasposibles traducións das constitucións dos Estados setentrionais de Alemaña do alemán estándar óbaixo alemán, lingua propia destes territorios. Todo o anterior exemplifícase coa xa realizadatradución baixoalemá da Constitución do Estado de Bremen, de Carl V. Scholz, e mais a través daanálise da tradución de termos monoverbais, pluriverbais e colocacións da linguaxe xurídicaasentada do alemán estándar ó baixo alemán, unha lingua non estandarizada.

This essay points out and analyses the question of the need, possibility and legal status of theeventual translations of the constitutions of the German Northern States from standard German intolower German, the autochthonous language of this territory. All of the aforementioned is illustratedwith the lower German translation of the Constitution of the State of Bremen, by Carl V. Scholz, andthrough the analysis of the translation of monolexical and polylexical terms and collocations properof the legal language to lower German, a non-standardized language.
