Resumen de Severidad de la adicción y seropositividad a VIH en una muestra de heroinómanos

  En este trabajo se describe la situación actual de una muestra de heroinómanos a los seis años de haber contactado y/o iniciado tratamiento en el Centro Provincial de Drogodependencias de Cádiz. Queda constatada una fuerte asociación entre los pacientes con una adicción más grave (medida a través del Adiction Severity índex) y la seropositividad al VIH

  In this study is described the present situation of a sample of heroin addicts after six years of treatment in the Hospital Provincial of Cádiz. There is a strong association between the patients with a more severe addiction (measured with the Addiction Severity índex) and the VIH seropositivity.
