    Cuando regalamos un libro estamos regalando oportunidades al niño para descubrir, orientarse y aprender a volar desde la imaginación. Es por ello que en el siguiente artículo se destaca que no siempre los libros más caros son los adecuados, además se debe tener en cuenta que la lectura se transmite por contagio y, por tanto, es desde el ámbito escolar y familiar en donde deben crearse dichos ambientes.

    Otro punto que se debe tener en cuenta es que se les puede regalar libros antes incluso de que tengan adquiridas las habilidades de lectoescritura como, por ejemplo, libros sonoros o libros de agua a partir de los dos años. Es en esta edad cuando han adquirido un suficiente desarrollo cognitivo para interesarse de manera progresiva por los objetos y el mundo que les rodea.

    Además, en el artículo se enumeran los distintos tipos de libros, se especifican los intereses en edades de 6, 7 y 8 años, así como ejemplos de libros recomendados para regalar.

    When we give away a book we are giving the child opportunities to discover, to orient himself and to learn to fly from the imagination. That is why the following article stresses that the most expensive books are not always the right ones, and it must also be taken into account that reading is transmitted by contagion and, therefore, it is from the school and family environment where such environments must be created.

    Another point to bear in mind is that children can be given books even before they have acquired the skills to read and write, such as audio books or water books from the age of two. It is at this age that they have acquired sufficient cognitive development to be progressively interested in objects and the world around them.

    In addition, the article lists the different types of books, specifies the interests at ages 6, 7 and 8, as well as examples of books recommended as gifts.
