Resumen de Chile: Juridical Regulations for e-commerce and Public Policies
Conjuntamente con Karen Masbernat. This article relates the Chilean public policies destined to foster e-commerce which has been designed and implemented by working group made up by private and public agencies. This public policies are many and very complex, and the authors mention them all in general and deepen ¿development of tax electronic document¿ in particular. On the other hand, this policies about e-commerce tend to develop the use of ITC in all Chilean companies, with the purpose they increase their productivity and improve their competitive position in the global economy.
