• In this thesis we have discussed the following topics: NC photon emission reactions on nucleons and nuclei at intermediate energies, even parity meson resonance properties within an SU(6) spin-flavor symmetry scheme, ?(1520) photo-production reaction on protons. In the first part (Chapters 3 - 5), we have investigated the NC? emission reactions on nucleons and nuclei at intermediate energies. These processes are an important background for ?? ? ?e and ?? ? ?e oscil-
