The methodology has allowed us to develop a feasible, va/id and effective system for the anafysis of the psychosocial risk; descriptively analyze of the psychosocial factors to vocational training teachers; analyze using multivariate models the psychosocial scales related with stress symptoms and levels of job satisfaction The most significant results show a response rate of 90.7%, higher than other similar research studies. The main psychosocial risks to this group are the degree of freedom at work and the level of psychological demands as cognitive, emotional, sensory and quantitative.ln the multivariate anafysis, we note a direct link between symptoms related stress and the increase of emotional demands, quantitative demands and low levels ofsocial supportfrom colleagues.
