Crítica del ideal de Justicia social, según Friedrich August Hayek

    En este artículo se pretenden sintetizar los principales elementos argumentativos que sostiene la crítica a la justicia social en la obra de Friedrich August Hayek. Concretamente aspiramos a exponer los elementos que llevan a concluir a este autor que tal noción de justicia es un ideal vacío de contenido cuya persecución menoscaba las instituciones que sustentan la convivencia en un orden social extenso o complejo. Para ello, se introducen unas sumarias consideraciones sobre la aportación teórica de la Escuela Austriaca de Economía -en la cual se inserta intelectualmente Hayek-, para, a partir de las mismas, justificar de qué forma y según este autor, el mercado libre y la espontánea interactuación de los agentes económicos son las únicas formas eficientes y éticas para operar la distribución de la riqueza en una sociedad extensa. En este recorrido, trataremos de demostrar la desarrollada fundamentación con la que en la obra de este autor se sostiene su censura a la justicia social y como en la misma cohabitan argumentos de diversa índole, económicos, morales y dogmático-jurídicos.

    In this article we try to synthesize the main argumentative elements that sustain the criticism of social justice in the work of Friedrich August Hayek. Specifically, we aim to expose the elements that lead this author to conclude that such a notion of justice is an empty ideal of content whose persecution undermines the institutions that sustain coexistence in an extensive or complex social order. For this, some summary considerations are introduced on the theoretical contribution of the Austrian School of Economics -in which Hayek is inserted intellectually-, to, from the same to justify in what way and according to this author, the free and spontaneous market The interaction of economic agents are the only efficient and ethical ways to operate the distribution of wealth in a large society. In this journey, we will try to demonstrate the developed foundation with which the work of this author maintains its censorship of social justice and how it coexists arguments of various kinds, economic, moral and dogmatic-legal.
