    El presente artículo tiene por objeto razonar sobre el fenómeno de la interpretación jurídica. Por esa cuestión, se funda un estado del arte con numerosas perspectivas teóricas que se asientan entre los teóricos del derecho de un pensamiento iusnaturalista e iuspositivista, partiendo de las teorías constructivistas, soslayadas por Hart y Dworkin, hasta las teorías deductivas sostenidas por Habermas y Alexy, puramente positivistas, como lo fue Kelsen, entre otros. Todos nutren el discurso hermenéutico con nuevas nociones de interpretación, como nuevos paradigmas de interpretaciones jurídicas. El estado del arte entre los teóricos se direcciona a través de las interrogantes para resolver el problema de la interpretación en cuanto y en tanto a la integración y los principios del Derecho

    The purpose of this article is to ponder upon the phenomenon of legal interpretation. For this reason, numerous theoretical perspectives are established among the theoreticians of law taking into account the perspectives of nature legality and legal positivism thinking, starting from the constructivist theories, by passed by Hart and Dworkin, to the deductive theories held by Habermas and Alexy , as well as Kelsen, among others. All of them nourish the hermeneutic discourse with new notions of interpretation, as new paradigms of legal interpretations.
