    Esta resenha crítica analisa a obra intitulada – De Gutemberg à Internet, do autor Henrique Gandelman. O autor apresenta, primeiramente, uma contextualização histórica relativa à evolução dos direitos autorais, levando-se em consideração sua proteção nacional e internacional. Além disso, vislumbra-se os reflexos da tecnologia digital na sistemática jurídica de proteção das criações intelectuais, elencando-se algumas questões associadas a disciplina autoral na internet e no âmbito do ciberespaço. Os juristas devem ficar atentos a essas perspectivas autorais, analisadas, além do espaço físico, à luz das novas tecnologias e seus impactos sobre os direitos autorais.

    This critical review analyzes the work titled - From Gutemberg to the Internet, by author Henrique Gandelman. The author presents, firstly, a historical context concerning the evolution of copyright, taking into account its national and international protection. In addition, the reflexes of digital technology in the legal system of protection of intellectual creations can be glimpsed, with some issues associated with authorial discipline on the Internet and in the scope of cyberspace. Jurists should pay attention to these authorial perspectives, analyzed in addition to physical space, in light of new technologies and their impacts on copyright.
