#BelaRecatadaEDoLar: uma reflexão sobre questões de gênero implicadas no processo de rejeição e de destituição da Presidenta Dilma Rousseff

    Neste texto, procuramos discutir um dos desdobramentos do que chamamos de processo político, jurídico e social de rejeição e de destituição da Presidenta Dilma Rousseff. O foco dessas reflexões são as questões de gênero aí implicadas. Queremos, com essa leitura ancorada na teoria de Michel Pêcheux, observar certos elementos de práticas discursivas que materializam o referido processo. São elementos que revelam como se instauram as relações de gênero e seus efeitos no que tange ao acesso e à atuação feminina nos espaços de poder. Sustentamos, como nossa hipótese de trabalho, que um dos fatores atuantes nesse processo e determinantes para o desfecho que vivenciamos diz respeito às relações de gênero, pois da forma como estão instituídas insistem na masculinização dos espaços de poder. Em razão disso, para desenvolver essas reflexões, nos detemos na análise de elementos discursivos que buscam promover movimentos de desqualificação da Presidenta e de deslegitimação do exercício do poder pela mulher. Estamos nos referindo a práticas que podem ser sintetizadas na fórmula #BelaRecatadaEDoLar e seus desdobramentos. Tal fórmula revela, ainda, o papel protagonista que a mídia assumiu nesse contexto, conduzindo os processos de significação em direção ao desfecho político que vivenciamos, seja pelo excesso de repetições, seja pelo modo de significar a mulher.

    In this text, we attempted to discuss one of the consequences of what we call the political, legal and social process of rejection and dismissal of President Dilma Rousseff. The focus of these reflections is the gender issues implied therein. We want, with this reading anchored in the theory of Michel Pêcheux, to observe certain elements of discursive practices that materialize the described process.

    These are elements that reveal how gender relations and their effects are established with regard to women’s access to and participation in power spaces. We maintain, as our working hypothesis, that one of the factors acting in this process and determinant for the outcome we are experiencing concerns gender relations, because in the way they are instituted, they insist on the masculinization of power spaces. Therefore, in order to develop these reflections, we focus on the analysis of discursive elements that seek to promote movements of disqualification of the President and delegitimation of the exercise of power by women. We are referring to practices that can be synthesized in the formula #BelaRecatadaEDoLar and its consequences. This formula also reveals the leading role that the media has assumed in this context, leading the processes of signification towards the political outcome that we experience, either by the excess of repetitions, or by the way of defining the woman.
