The present article intends, through the bibliographical research, to present concepts such as sexual and language in accordance with psychoanalytic theory. Afterwards, to demonstrate how the etiology of psychosis occurs, and, furthermore, knowing that the psychotic language has some specificities, it seeks to present the way in which this occurs, analyzing some of the characteristic manifestations of these individuals, with the concept of sexual. The choice of Freudian theory is due to the fact that Freud was considered the father of psychoanalysis, and thus his theory serves as the basis for all the psychoanalytic theories that have emerged since.
