    Las nociones de culpa y perdón se han secularizado en el mundo moderno formando parte inseparable de los problemas de la vida y, por tanto, de la clínica. Este trabajo pretende ser un análisis de la culpa, de su relevancia en la clínica y utilidad en la práctica psicoterapéutica. En esta tercera parte se exploran las posibilidades que abre este análisis para el tratamiento psicológico. Se analiza la noción de disfuncionalidad asociada a la culpa y se revisan diferentes narrativas de culpa en psicoterapia. Se sugieren etapas y tareas terapéuticas para ayudar a la persona a cambiar estrategias disfuncionales por otras que permitan seguir adelante con la vida.

    The notions of guilt and forgiveness have been secularized in the modern world becoming an inseparable part of the life problems, and therefore, the clinic practice. This research aims at analyzing guilt, its relevance in clinical practice and usefulness in psychotherapeutic practice. In this third part we show the possibilities that this analysis opens for psychological treatment. We analyze the dysfunctional notion associated the guilt and we review different narratives of guilt in psychotherapy. We suggest therapeutic stages and tasks to help patients change their dysfunctional strategies for others that allow them to go on with their lives.
