Diagnóstico de la producción de la leche en la Cooperativa de Créditos y Servicios Márites de Manatí, las Tunas, Cuba

    El presente trabajo se realizó en la CCS Mártires de Manatí, con el objetivo de identificar los principales problemas que afectan la producción de leche en esta cooperativa. Se realizaron talleres participativos donde se aplicaron diferentes técnicas, herramientas y metodologías como: tormenta de ideas, matriz DAFO y criterio de expertos. Los resultados indican que los principales problemas son: mala calidad de las aguas, uso inadecuado de los pastizales, degradación de los suelos, insuficiente base alimentaría, manejo inadecuado de la rutina del ordeño, falta de aplicación de tecnologías, cuyos orígenes se deben, fundamentalmente, a la inadecuada planificación del territorio, lo que unido a la deficiente educación ambiental de los trabajadores, contribuye no solo a mantener la situación ambiental, sino también a agravarla, con lo cual puede llegar a ser irreversible su recuperación.

    Como resultado, se proyecta una serie de acciones consensuadas para disminuir los problemas que afectan la producción de leche en la CCS, donde los actores sociales participan activamente en su gestión, con lo cual se favorece el proceso de toma de decisiones orientado hacia el aumento de las producciones en función del desarrollo sostenible.

    Presently work was carried out a diagnosis in the CCS manatee Martyrs, with the objective of identifying the main problems that affect this production. To reach this objective you realization of shops participativos where they were applied different technical, tools and methodologies like: Storm of ideas, Main FODA, and experts' approach. The results indicate that the main problems are:Bad quality of the waters, they don't have alive fences, I Shepherd extensive, Degradation of the floors, Insufficient base would feed, I Manage inadequate of the flock when the I milk, Lack of application of technologies and Low readiness of material and financial resources whose origins owe you, fundamentally, to the inadequate planning of the territory, that together to the faulty environmental education of the workers, it not contributes alone to maintain the environmental situation, but also to increase it, with that which can end up being irreversible its recovery.As a result of the diagnosis he/she was projected a series of actions the problems that affect the production of milk in the CCS, to diminish where the social actors participate actively in their administration, with that which the process is favored of taking of decisions guided toward the increase of the productions in function of the sustainable development
