    Este artículo emprende una reflexión sobre el conflicto en Colombia desde la perspectiva de derechos humanos con enfoque teo-filosófico. Para ello, se hace necesario hablar de la visión teológica entendida como acompañamiento humanizante a quienes se encuentran en condición de víctimas con miras a la recuperación de la libertad y la esperanza. Y de la filosofía como herramienta de análisis racional del sentido de la existencia humana, donde el ser humano se descubra a sí mismo como responsable de lo que hace, revelando al mismo tiempo, desde la acción que supone la ética, el poder de  la voluntad como máximo valor. Este miramiento teo-filosófico, no solamente alude a las víctimas del conflicto armado del país, sino también, a las víctimas de otras situaciones que frente al conflicto armado parecen olvidarse o minimizarse.

    This article begins a reflection on the post-conflict period in Colombia from a human rights perspective with a Theo-philosophical approach. It is, therefore necessary to speak of the theological vision understood as a humanizing accompaniment to victims in order for them to recover freedom and hope. And philosophy as a rational analysis tool of the human existence, in which the human being discovers him or herself to be responsible for his or her actions, displaying likewise the actions entailed to the concept of ethics, the power of free will as a top value. This Theo-philosophical perspective does not only refer to the victims of the armed conflict of our country, but also to the victims of other situations that are ignored or belittled before the armed conflict.
