The study of ceramics from a perspective that takes into account the possible functional uses in relation to its morphology and context, allows us to obtain information on aspects related to the consumption, cooking, processing and storage of food and liquids. This work, which is part of a broader study dedicated to the material record of the House XXXII of Cabezo Redondo (Villena), includes some results obtained in terms of the classification of the ceramic repertoire from a proposed typology.

Cabezo Redondo (Villena, Alicante, Spain) is a high-altitude settlement with different phases of occupation throughout the Bronze Age (ca. 2000-1300 B.C.).
The recent excavation surveys have been aimed at
the analysis of House XXXII. The chronological and stratigraphic analysis has made it possible to delimit at least three phases of occupation. Of these, Phase III is the one that presents the best conservation, as well as the greatest stratigraphic reliability as
it has a level of fire and destruction that suddenly filled the space around 1500 B.C.
In this work we present some results related to the ceramic record of Phase III, especially related to the morphology and typology of the vessels, as well as their spatial distribution.
