    This paper aims to analyze the existing dialogue between capital, labor and economy, presenting as a basic proposal the solution brought by Thomas Piketty of income distribution. Although the discussion of the subjectis not recent,is observed that it is still current, the provocations brought in the present work are in the sense of understanding how the change in social behavior continues to influencethe great social differences and how this could be solved. There is no glimpse of a uniform solution applied to all thosewho make up the labor relationship, since there are particularities both in the companies and in the labor force, and, furthermore, if this application will be done by public initiative or if it will be left exclusively to the private sector. The main options for income redistribution are presented as direct and fiscal, in which we will make a structural analysis to understand a possible solution.

    O presente artigo se propõe a analisar o diálogo existente entre o capital, trabalho e economia, apresentando como proposta base asolução trazida por Thomas Piketty da distribuição de renda. Apesar da discussão do tema não ser recente, observa-se que continua atual, as provocações trazidas no presente trabalho são no sentido de entender como a mudança do comportamento social continua impactando nas grandes diferenças sociais e como isso poderia ser solucionado. Não se vislumbra uma solução uniformizada aplicada a todos que compõe a relação de trabalho, já que existem particularidades tanto nas empresas quanto na mão de obra e, ainda,se essa aplicação se dará por iniciativa pública ou se ficará a cargo exclusivamente do setor privado. Apresenta-se como opções principais de redistribuição de renda a forma direta e a fiscal, na qual faremos uma análise estrutural para compreender uma possível solução.
