    This article aims to present introductory notions in a holistic way, about the evolution of the family, socio-affective relationships and multiparenting. This workwill expose in a rational deductive way the themes dealt with in the chapters. In which the family has always had the main role in the constitution of life and society and that it was through it that the State was created. Noting that, little by little, there were changes in paradigms, which influenced the new forms of family, one of the results of these changes was the plurality of groups that are distinct from each other, but similar when it comes to the fundamental objective that is the search for happiness. It seeks to show that with the change from the Liberal State to the Welfare State, the process of respect for the subjectivity of third parties began, because through the mutation of new paradigms, it began to worry about the interests of plural collectivities, and their foundations on the prism of Human Rights, thus, the application of the constitutional principles of human dignity, isonomy and equity appears in Family Law. In the end, a conclusive debate will be presented about how the evolution ofsociety, especially the family institute, has modified the status quo of the current legal system, forcing the judiciary to guarantee the liquid and certain right of those who have them.

    O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar noções introdutórias de forma holística, acerca da evolução da família, das relações socioafetivas e da multiparentalidade. Este trabalho exporá de forma dedutiva racional os temas tratados nos capítulos. Na qual a família sempre teve o papel principal na constituição da vida e da sociedade e que foi através dela que se criou o Estado. Verificando-se que aos poucos, ocorreram mudanças de paradigmas, estes que influenciaram as novas formas de família, um dos resultados dessas mudanças foi a pluralidade de grupos distintos entre si, porém semelhantes quando se trata do objetivo fundamental que é a busca pela felicidade. Busca mostrar que com a mudança do Estado Liberal para o Estado Social, iniciou-se o processo de respeito à subjetividade de terceiros, pois através da mutação dos novos paradigmas, começou a se preocupar comos interesses das coletividades plurais, e se alicerçou as suas fundações sobre o prisma dos Direitos Humanos, assim, surge no Direito de Família a aplicação dos princípios constitucionais da dignidade da pessoa humana, da isonomia e da equidade. Ao final,apresentar-se-á um debate conclusivo acerca de como as evoluções da sociedade, em especial do instituto da família, tem modificado o status quo do ordenamento jurídico vigente, obrigando ao judiciário a garantir o direito líquido e certo de quem os têm.
