Análisis comparativo sobre las reformas judiciales dirigido a la procuraduría general de justicia del estado de Hidalgo

    El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue efectuar un análisis comparativo sobre las reformas judiciales 2022 vs 2024 a través de la plataforma Vlex, Biblioteca digital Jurídica de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNAM. El enfoque de esta investigación fue de tipo cualitativo sustentado en un análisis bibliométrico comparando las Reformas Judiciales del 2022 vs. 2024.Como resultados más relevantes de la búsqueda del término análisis del poder judicial se obtuvieron un total de 3,144 documentos los más recurrentes fueron 2,845 noticias seguido de revistas con 127 artículos publicados; el sustento principal fue la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos; en el análisis comparativo se obtuvieron que: se reformaron 18 artículos, se adicionaron párrafos o fracciones en 6 artículos y finalmente se derogaron en 5 artículos párrafos o fracciones. Se concluye que las reformas implementadas en una generalidad son necesarias y favorables para los procedimientos jurídicos, debido a que se han acotado los tiempos para concluir las carpetas de investigación; por otra parte, algunas de las reformas son controversiales debido a que los jueces y magistrados serán elegidos democráticamente por la ciudadanía de México en cada una de sus zonas

    The objective of this research work was to carry out a comparative analysis of judicial reforms 2022 vs 2024 through the Vlex platform, Digital Legal Library of the UNAM Law School. The approach of this research was qualitative based on a bibliometric analysis comparing the Judicial Reforms of 2022 vs 2024. As the most relevant results of the search for the term analysis of the judicial power, a total of 3,144 documents were obtained, the most recurring were 2,845 news items followed by magazines with 127 published articles; The main support was the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; In the comparative analysis it was obtained that: 18 articles were reformed, paragraphs or fractions were added in 6 articles and finally paragraphs or fractions were repealed in 5 articles. It is concluded that the reforms implemented in general are necessary and favorable for legal procedures, because the times to complete the research folders have been limited; On the other hand, some of the reforms are controversial because the judges and magistrates will be democratically elected by the citizens of Mexico in each of its zones.
