The analysis addresses the crucial importance of regulation and oversight by states, emphasizing the need to establish stringent norms to control the production and sale of firearms. Furthermore, it explores the ethical and legal responsibilities of companies involved in this sector, highlighting the obligation to respect human rights throughout all phases of their operations. In this context, the research is grounded in a comprehensive bibliographic approach, utilizing sources such as books, scientific articles, official documents, and other relevant sources on the firearms industry.
