It is essential that university teaching practice adopts methodologies and technological resources adapted to students needs in the current university educational system. The University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) actively promotes the development of transversal skills, which are essential for the student’s comprehensive growth. In the case of Dentistry Bachelor’s Degree, critical competencies for professional development are highlighted, such as effective communication, problem solving, ethics and digital competences. For this purpose, a classroom practice was designed for the Anatomy subject, of the Dentistry for working and strengthening several transversal and specific competencies, among other subjects, by using new teaching resources based on TIC. The integration of "The Virtual Human Embryo" allows 3D visualization of embryonic development, using anatomical and histological images, digital simulations and films. Students should conclude with the creation of a PowerPoint and an oral presentation, where they must clearly and effectively communicate their results, comparing images with descriptive texts, animations, to improve their understanding and participation in collaborative activities. This multidisciplinary and technological approach is essential for the comprehensive training of Dentistry students, preparing them to face professional challenges with a solid knowledge base and robust communication skills, while allowing them to tackle complex problems, work as a team and successfully develop along their professional performance
