Resumen de Portal de investigación en salud del Sergas

  Introducción: El portal de investigación de salud de Galicia ha sido promovido por la Agencia del Conocimiento en Salud con la participación y el trabajo de Bibliosaúde, en colaboración con la Fundación Dialnet. El objetivo de este trabajo es describir el proceso de desarrollo y puesta en marcha del portal de investigación cuya finalidad es reunir en un único punto la producción científica, dar visibilidad a la investigación desarrollada en el Servicio Gallego de Salud (Sergas) y cumplir con la estrategia nacional de ciencia abierta. Material y métodos: Para el desarrollo del portal, desde Sophos (herramienta de medición de la producción científica del Sergas), se realizó una exportación a Excel de 7.347 autores a los que se añadió información proveniente de otras fuentes de datos, como la base de datos de personal, sobre las categorías, especialidades, centros, áreas sanitarias, género y servicios. Para recopilar la producción de cada investigador se añadieron los identificadores de autor de Dialnet, ORCID, Scopus ID y Researcher ID. Resultados: El portal se organiza en Grupos de Investigación, Investigadores y Resultados. La clasificación sigue la estructura del sistema sanitario gallego dividido en áreas sanitarias, centros de atención sanitarios, servicios, centros de investigación y centros administrativos. Representa el mapa de la producción científica del sistema sanitario público gallego e integra al personal investigador de los Institutos de Investigación Sanitaria y del Servicio Gallego de Salud. En estos momentos están cargados en el portal 6.917 investigadores, 175 grupos y 46.877 publicaciones, de las que 17.076 están en acceso abierto. Todos los investigadores tienen la misma estructura en sus perfiles: publicaciones, colaboraciones, tesis, patentes e indicadores. Conclusiones: Con este portal de investigación en salud se mejora la visibilidad, se ponen en valor las actividades científicas realizadas, se apoya al personal investigador en los procesos de difusión, evaluación e impacto de la investigación y se contribuye a los objetivos de la ciencia abierta. Permite tener una visión global de los resultados de investigación del sistema sanitario gallego realizando, además un ejercicio de transparencia.

  Sergas Health Research Portal Background: The Galician health research portal has been promoted by the Health Knowledge Agency with the participation and work of Bibliosaúde, in collaboration with the Dialnet Foundation. The aim of this work is to describe the process of development and implementation of the research portal whose purpose is to bring together in a single point the scientific production, to give visibility to the research developed in the Servizo Galego de Saúde (Sergas) and to comply with the national strategy of open science. Material and methods: For the development of the portal, from Sophos (Sergas scientific production measurement tool), 7,347 authors were exported to Excel, this information was added from other data sources, such as personnel database, categories, specialties, centers, health areas, gender and services. To compile the production of each researcher, author identifiers from Dialnet, ORCID, Scopus ID and Researcher ID were added. Results: The portal is organized into Research Groups, Researchers and Results. The classification follows the structure of the Galician health system divided into health areas, health care centers, services, research centers and administrative centers. It represents the map of the scientific production of the Galician public health system and integrates the research staff of the Health Research Institutes and the Galician Health Service. At present, 6,917 researchers, 175 groups and 46,877 publications are uploaded to the portal, of which 17,076 are in open access. All researchers have the same structure in their profiles: publications, collaborations, theses, patents and indicators. Conclusions: This health research portal improves visibility, enhances the value of the scientific activities carried out, supports research personnel in the processes of dissemination, evaluation and impact of research and contributes to the objectives of open science. It provides a global vision of the research results of the Galician health system and is also an exercise in transparency.
