La Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación se constituye como un paradigma en la arquitectura de Setenil, un espacio común que ha aunado templos de diferentes culturas: romana, paleocristiana, bizantina, visigoda, islámica y cristiana, y que hoy día está presente con dos iglesias, una mudéjar y otra tardogótica, las cuales encierran en su seno la mezquita aljama.

The Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation is constituted as a paradigm in the architecture of Setenil, a common space that has brought together temples of different cultures: Roman, Paleo-Christian, Byzantine, Islamic and Christian, and that today it is present with two churches, one mudejar and the other late gothic, which contain in its bosom the main mosque.
