El presente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la disciplina del rapto en la Ley de Matrimonio Civil de 1884. En consecuencia, una vez estudiada, en términos generales, la disciplina de los vicios de la voluntad en la mencionada legislación, se analiza el supuesto de hecho entendido como rapto, la importancia del momento de celebración del matrimonio, las especies de rapto y, finalmente su derogación.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the discipline of abduction in the Civil Marriage Law of 1884. Consequently, once studied, in general terms, the discipline of the vices of the will in the mentioned legislation, the factual assumption understood as abduction, the importance of the moment of celebration of the marriage, the species of abduction and, finally, its derogation are analyzed.
