La presente aportación propone avanzar hacia una nueva generación de derechos humanos de tinte posthumanista. Con el pretexto más inmediato de salvaguardar la dignidad e integridad humanas, en un mundo globalizado y dominado por la programación algorítmica, la situación debe, por un lado, garantizar la equidad y la justicia en un entorno marcado por la omnipresencia algorítmica (ofreciendo protección contra la discriminación algorítmica y asegurando la transparencia, explicabilidad, trazabilidad y responsabilidad en la toma de decisiones automatizadas); y, por otro, implementar mecanismos contra los riesgos inherentes a la evolución tecnológica y la (des)protección de los datos en la era de internet.

The present contribution proposes to move towards a new generation of human rights with a posthumanist tinge. Under the more immediate pretext of safeguarding human dignity and integrity, in a globalized world dominated by algorithmic programming, the situation must, on the one hand, guarantee equity and justice in an environment marked by algorithmic omnipresence (offering protection against algorithmic discrimination and ensuring transparency, explainability, traceability and accountability in automated decision-making); and, on the other, implement mechanisms against the risks inherent in technological evolution and the (dis)protection of data in the internet age.
