Resumen de Valoración cronológica de información institucional con gestión de identidad e imagen reputacional en sitios web de IES latinoamericana

  Este trabajo recupera, identifica y analiza información institucional dispuesta en sitios web de Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) Latinoamericanas durante los años 1997, 2001, 2010 y 2022, y que impacta en aspectos de identidad y reputación institucional. En principio se aborda la importancia de intangibles de identidad y reputación institucional digital en las Instituciones de Educación Superior. Seguido, se enlistan referentes y modelos de buenas prácticas para la valoración de dichos intangibles en el contexto de sitios web y aspectos de comunicación estratégica. Se recuperan los enlaces y versiones de sitios web de tres IES Latinoamericanas por medio de técnicas y herramientas de archivo web cronológico. Por último, se compara y contrasta la disposición de información institucional analizada en los sitios web, para evidenciar su evolución temporal ante el alcance de los indicadores de valoración en la disposición de información institucional en sitios web y estimar su alcance de cobertura y cumplimiento en las buenas prácticas de identidad y reputación institucional digital en las IES Latinoamericanas analizadas.

  This work recovers, identifies and analyzes institutional information available on the websites of Latin American Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) during the years 1997, 2001, 2010 and 2022, and that impacts aspects of identity and institutional reputation. In principle, the importance of intangibles of digital institutional identity and reputation in Higher Education Institutions is addressed. Next, references and models of good practices are listed for the valuation of said intangibles in the context of websites and aspects of strategic communication. The links and versions of websites of three Latin American HEIs are recovered through chronological web archiving techniques and tools. Finally, the disposition of institutional information analyzed on the websites is compared and contrasted, to demonstrate its temporal evolution in view of the scope of the assessment indicators in the disposition of institutional information on websites and to estimate its scope of coverage and compliance in the good practices of identity and digital institutional reputation in the analyzed Latin American HEIs.
