Resumen de Intervenção em casos de violência sexual contra crianças: uma revisão integrativa

  Introduction: This is an integrative review of how protective interventions are carried out in cases of sexual crimes. Method: a search was carried out using the keywords sexual violence, intervention and child, in articles published between 2017 and 2022,with analysis of the full text of 12 publications from the MEDLINE and LILACS databases and Index Psicologia -Periodicals. Bardin's content analysis was used for interpretation. Results and Discussion: The study was initially composed of 33 publications,however 12 were relevant to the theme, after reading the full text. Of the 12 articles analyzed, five of the selected articles are from the year 2017 (41.6%); two (16.6%) from 2018; two (16.6%) from 2019; one (8.3%) from 2021; one (8.3%) from 2022. As forthe methodology, it is observed that eight (66.6%) articles are Descriptive studies; one (8.3%) Randomized Clinical Trial; one (8.3%) Controlled Randomized Clinical Trial; one (8.3%) methodological research study for instrument validation. Categories wereconstructed from the moment of the intervention: Prevention, Identification and Protective Intervention and Longitudinal Monitoring. Conclusion: The topic is surrounded by taboos. Interventions occur in a community, hospital and school way, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions in the long term, it is verified that it is necessary that the educational processes for the theme are created in a personalized way, in addition to having resolutions and legislation related to the rights of the professional who undertakes this type of notification.

  Introdução: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa sobre como são realizadas as intervenções protetivas em casos de crimes sexuais. Método: foi realizada uma busca fazendo uso das palavras chaves violência sexual, intervenção e criança, em artigos publicados entre 2017 e 2022, com análise do texto integral de 12 publicações provenientes das bases de dados MEDLINE e LILACS e Index Psicologia - Periódicos. Foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo de Bardin para interpretação. Resultados e Discussão: O estudo foi composto inicialmente por 33 publicações, entretanto 12 se apresentaram pertinentes à temática, após a leitura do texto integral. Dos 12 artigos analisados, percebe-se que cinco dos artigos selecionados são do ano de 2017 (41,6%); dois (16,6%) de 2018; dois (16,6%) de 2019; um (8,3%) de 2021; um (8,3%) de 2022. Quanto a metodologia, observa-se que oito (66,6%) artigos são estudos Descritivos; um (8,3%) Ensaio Clínico Randomizado; um (8,3%) Ensaio Clínico Randomizado Controlado; um (8,3%) estudo de pesquisa metodológica para validação de instrumento. Foram construídas categorias a partir do momento da intervenção: Prevenção, Identificação e Intervenção Protetiva e Acompanhamento longitudinal. Conclusão: O tema é circundado por tabus. Intervenções ocorrem de forma comunitária, hospitalar e escolar, é necessário que seja avaliada a eficácia das intervenções a longo prazo, verifica-se que é necessário que os processos educacionais para a temática sejam criados de forma personalizada, além de que comportem resoluções e legislações referente aos direitos do profissional que empreende nesse tipo de notificação.
