Es positivo el apostar por el fortalecimiento de nuestra normativa legal en materia laboral, partiendo de la premisa de que el género humano es la base de la modernidad y que como sociedad responsable nos corresponde identificar los vacíos jurídicos que existen en nuestra legislación, muchos de los cuales podrían ser producto de los diversos efectos que brotan de los nuevos conceptos y definiciones que evidencian las variables culturales y sociales con las que convivimos cotidianamente.
La primordial intención de este fortalecimiento debe ser siempre la concienciación de la sociedad, ya que muchas veces su manera pasajera de actuar y vivir demuestra actitudes negativas que pueden atentar contra la dignidad humana y los derechos fundamentales del ser humano, y las cuales en un momento determinado pueden convertirse en crueles conductas que lleven al hostigamiento o acoso. Sin embargo, siempre que existan estas actitudes, habrá personas y organizaciones que como mecanismo de defensa, velaran por la creación de un conjunto de medios técnicos jurídicos que puedan poner límites a la aparente evolución normal de cualquier fenómeno que atenten contra esos derechos.

It is positive to bet on the strengthening of our legal regulations on labor matters, based on the premise that humankind is the basis of modernity and that as a responsible society we must identify the legal gaps that exist in our legislation, many of the which could be the product of the diverse effects that spring from the new concepts and definitions that show the cultural and social variables that we live with on a daily basis.
The primordial intention of this strengthening must always be the awareness of society, since many times its temporary way of acting and living demonstrates negative attitudes that may threaten human dignity and the fundamental rights of the human being, and which in a moment can become cruel behaviors that lead to harassment or harassment. However, whenever these attitudes exist, there will be people and organizations that, as a defense mechanism, will watch over the creation of a set of legal technical means that can put limits to the apparent normal evolution of any phenomenon that threatens those rights.
