Resumen de Lineamientos Base para Elaborar un Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos en Ixtlahuaca, Estado de México

El presente trabajo trata de dar a conocer la situación actual del municipio de Ixtlahuaca, Estado de México, en cuanto a la gestión integral de los residuos sólidos urbanos, ya que en la actualidad carece de infraestructura y de herramientas necesarias para desempeñar sus actividades de recolección, transferencia, transporte y disposición final; para ejecutar dicha gestión, se muestra una serie de alternativas. El método utilizado es la recolección mediante paradas fijas, la implementación de contenedores fijos en puntos clave y la realización de micro rutas alrededor del territorio municipal en puntos estratégicos, donde se dificulta brindar el servicio por la lejanía, las condiciones geográficas, el desgaste de la maquinaria o la poca población que demanda el servicio, lo que favorece el costo-beneficio para las autoridades municipales y el cumplimiento de ofrecer el servicio a la población municipal.

The present work is talking about to raise awareness about the current situation of the municipality of Ixtlahuaca in Mexico State in regard to the comprehensive management of solid waste, at the present municipality lacks infrastructure and tools necessary to carry out its activities of harvesting, transference, transport and final disposition, the time appear a series of alternatives to be able to execute this management. The method to use is the harvesting by fixed stops, the deployment of fixed containers, and the implementation of micro routes around the municipal territory, established at strategic points, where it is difficult to provide the service by remoteness, geographical conditions, wear and tear of machinery or a few population demand service, which favors the cost-benefit to the municipal authorities, and the fulfillment to offer the service to the municipal population.
