    Resumen El presente artículo aborda los problemas dogmáticos y prácticos que plantean los Pliegos Técnicos Normativos RPTD n.º 7 y 15 con respecto a la franja de seguridad y su relación con la franja de servidumbre, por una parte, y a la extensión de las obligaciones de poda y corta del concesionario eléctrico, por otra. Se propone que dichas obligaciones se circunscriban a los límites de la franja de servidumbre, aun cuando éstos sean más reducidos que aquellos de la franja de seguridad.

    Abstract This paper addresses the dogmatic and practical problems raised by the RPTD n.º 7 and 15 Normative Technical Specifications, concerning the safety strip in relation with the easement strip, on the one hand, and the extension of the obligations of pruning and cutting of the electrical concessionaire, on the other hand. It is proposed that these obligations should be limited by the edges of the easement strip, even though these are smaller than those of the safety strip.
