El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo identificar cómo los canales de comercialización online impactan en las ventas debido a la influencia del COVID-19. Así mismo se identificará también la incidencia en el uso de aplicaciones digitales delivery durante el primer semestre del año de pandemia por parte de los habitantes de la ciudad de Portoviejo, y a su vez cuáles serían los negocios que se deben plantear utilizar aplicaciones de este tipo, como estrategia comercial para dirigirse a su consumidor de una forma más cautelosa en el proceso de compra. El enfoque de la investigación será cuantitativo, tipo básica, de nivel explicativo, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población objeto de estudio estará conformada por ambos sexos, de 18 a 55 años. La técnica utilizada será la encuesta, el instrumento que se utilizará será el cuestionario. Se concluirá finalmente mostrando si verdaderamente los canales de comercialización online estarán altamente vinculados con el nivel de gasto y con la satisfacción de compra.
The objective of this research work is to identify how online marketing channels impact sales due to the influence of COVID-19. Likewise, the incidence in the use of digital delivery applications during the first semester of the pandemic year by the inhabitants of the city of Portoviejo will also be identified, and in turn, what would be the businesses that should consider using applications of this type, as a commercial strategy to address your consumer in a more cautious way in the purchase process. The research approach will be quantitative, basic type, explanatory level, nonexperimental and cross-sectional design. The population under study will be made up of both sexes, from 18 to 55 years old. The technique used will be the survey, the instrument that will be used will be the questionnaire. It will finally be concluded by showing whether the online marketing channels will be highly linked to the level of spending and purchase satisfaction.
