Resumen de Gerenciamento de riscos em uma escola de ensino em tempo integral

  The present work is the result of a case study about the risk management process, carried out in the period 2016 to 2017, in a municipal school located in theinterior of São Paulo. The objective was to analyze the process of raising awareness of students, teachers, managers and employees, about the risks to which they were submitted, due to the poorly planned and executed implementation of Full Time Teaching in this school unit. To do so, the Delphi Technique was used, which made it possible for the participants to show ways of managing the identified risks. The results showed that the way in which the implementation of Full-Time Teaching took place in this school unit, did not present the expected benefits, collaborating to create a climate of insecurity due to the lack of necessary structure for the development of pedagogical activities, compromising the entire organization of the didactic work. After identifying and raising awareness about the risks, the community, together with the Municipal Secretariat for Education, understood that the best form of management would be the suppression of Full Time Teaching and the pedagogical reorganization of the school.

  O presente trabalho é resultado de um estudo de caso acerca do processo de gerenciamento de riscos, realizado no período de 2016 a 2017, em uma escola municipal localizada no interior paulista. O objetivo foi analisar o processo de conscientização de estudantes, professores, gestores e funcionários, sobre os riscos aos quais estavam submetidos, em virtude da implantação mal planejada e executada do Ensino em Tempo Integral nesta unidade escolar. Para tanto, foi utilizada a aplicação da Técnica Delphi, que possibilitou aos participantes, evidenciar formas de gerenciar os riscos identificados. Os resultados revelaram que a maneira como ocorreu a implementação do Ensino em Tempo Integral nesta unidade escolar, não apresentou os benefícios esperados, colaborando para criar um clima de insegurança em função da falta de estrutura necessária para o desenvolvimento das atividades pedagógicas, comprometendo toda a organização do trabalho didático. Após a identificação e conscientização sobre os riscos, a comunidade, juntamente com a Secretaria Municipal de Educação, entenderam que a melhor forma de gerenciamento seria a supressão do Ensino em Tempo Integral e a reorganização pedagógica da escola.
