    Resumen: A partir de la minuciosa lectura de una vivienda, este artículo explora los intrincados vínculos entre una arquitecta, el diseño de una casa y un sistema constructivo basado en la fabricación industrial de sus componentes. Al argumentar que la casa no sólo refleja un sistema constructivo sino que manifiesta con precisión las posibilidades estéticas de su tecnología, la autora se embarca en la primera investigación exhaustiva sobre la práctica arquitectónica decididamente moderna e innovadora de Myriam Ratinoff Brodsky.

    Abstract: Through the close reading of a house, this article explores the intricate bonds between an architect, the design of a house, and a building system based on industrialized components. Arguing that the house not only reflects a construction system but manifests the precise aesthetic possibilities of its technology, the author embarks on the first comprehensive investigation into the resolutely modern and groundbreaking architectural practice of Myriam Ratinoff Brodsky.
