  Este trabajo investigativo tiene una gran relevancia en la transportación pesada, cuyo objetivo es determinar de qué manera la Gestión Administrativa incide en el desarrollo empresarial de la Compañía de Transportes GRUCORMARSA S.A. del cantón Santa Rosa, este estudio se basó en la problemática de la gestion administrativa que presenta la compañía, debido a los ineficaces procesos administrativos basado en las dimensiones de planificación, organización, dirección y control, esto se evidenció a través de la inexistencia de ejecutar de manera correcta la responsabilidad en el cumplimiento de los objetivos empresariales. La metodología que se utilizó es la investigación descriptiva que fue fundamental en el trabajo investigativos sobre realidades de hechos y características esenciales en la recopilación de la información, los métodos utilizados y que fundamentan la investigación es el método inductivo, deductivo y analítico que permitieron lograr los objetivos propuestos, además se hizo uso de las técnicas de la observación, entrevista y encuesta, lo primero consistió en realizar un diagnóstico utilizando la herramienta de FODA, en el que se detectaron los puntos fuertes y débiles de la compañía sobre los problemas administrativos en lo relacionado a la cultura organizacional a los procesos de gestión en cuanto a las dimensiones y sus funciones del sistema organizacional, así mismo se aplicó la encuesta a los clientes o usuarios para conocer la percepción del objeto de estudio. Los resultados demuestran la problemática existente en lo relacionado a la gestión administrativa y el desarrollo empresarial, que va acorde a las necesidades de la compañía.

  This investigative work has great relevance in heavy transportation, whose objective is to determine how Administrative Management affects the business development of Compañía de Transportes GRUCORMARSA S.A. of the Santa Rosa canton, this study was based on the problem of administrative management that the company presents, due to the ineffective administrative processes based on the dimensions of planning, organization, direction and control, this was evidenced through the inexistence of executing correctly the responsibility in the fulfillment of business objectives. The methodology that was used is the descriptive investigation that was fundamental in the investigative work on realities of facts and essential characteristics in the compilation of the information, the methods used and that base the investigation is the inductive, deductive and analytical method that allowed to achieve the proposed objectives, in addition, observation, interview and survey techniques were used, the first thing consisted of carrying out a diagnosis using the SWOT tool, in which the company's strengths and weaknesses were detected regarding administrative problems in terms of related to the organizational culture to the management processes in terms of the dimensions and their functions of the organizational system, likewise the survey was applied to the clients or users to know the perception of the object of study.

  The results demonstrate the existing problems in relation to administrative management and business development, which is in accordance with the needs of the company..
