  • Resumen
    • The soldiers’ trials following the “Boston Massacre” created a dilemma for John Adams. It appeared that Adams would have to try the city of Boston for “intent to kill” to secure a favorable verdict for his clients. In this paper the final summation speech in the second trial of the soldiers is investigated to discover how Adams met this dilemma.
