Resumen de La migración irregular y las vidas no deseadas en el conflicto armado colombiano

Mujeres y niñas en situación migratoria irregular y de pobreza provenientes de Venezuela, víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano, enfrentan barreras para acceder a la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo. El desconocimiento del marco legal, la interpretación restrictiva del marco normativo, las fallas en la prestación de los servicios, las violencias basadas en género en el marco del posacuerdo, así como factores de riesgo y vulnerabilidad son obstáculos que afectan a mujeres y niñas migrantes de manera especial y diferenciada. Este artículo busca analizar cuáles son las barreras que enfrenta esta población, en el marco del conflicto armado, para acceder a la IVE. Para responder a este interrogante se emplea una metodología cualitativa basada en entrevistas a profesionales dedicados a la atención de mujeres y niñas migrantes y refugiadas venezolanas.

Women and girls in an irregular migratory situation and in poverty from Venezuela, victims of the Colombian armed conflict, face barriers to access the voluntary interruption of pregnancy. Ignorance of the legal framework; the restrictive interpretation of the regulatory framework; failures in the provision of services; gender-based violence in the framework of the post-agreement and risk and vulnerability factors are obstacles that affect these people in a special and differentiated way. This article seeks to analyze what are the barriers that this population faces, in the framework of the armed conflict, to access the voluntary interruption of pregnancy (VIP)? To answer this question, a qualitative methodology is used, based on interviews with professionals dedicated to the care of Venezuelan migrant and refugee women.
