    El presente artículo de carácter exploratorio se acerca a la práctica del tercero neutral e imparcial quien conduce los servicios de mediación, negociación y conciliación intra la procuración de justicia en Sonora, para identificar las fortalezas y debilidades en la aplicación de estrategias y técnicas durante el encuentro discursivo de las partes conflictuadas por el hecho penal, que tiene como objetivo que ambas narren o describan las historias personales, expongan sus deseos, emociones, posiciones e intereses de tal manera que por sí mismas sean capaces de concretar el mejor acuerdo para dar por concluido el proceso penal a través de un Acuerdo Reparatorio o de una Suspensión Condicional del Proceso. Habilitados para alcanzar el mejor Acuerdo Reparatorio en las salidas alternas de un proceso penal

    This article is an exploratory approach to the practice of the neutral and impartial expert third party to conduct mediation, negotiation and conciliation services within the administration of justice in Sonora, to know the level of knowledge and application of strategies and techniques used during the discursive meeting of the parties conflicted by the criminal act, which aims that both narrate or describe the personal stories, expose their desires, emotions, positions and interests in such a way that by themselves they are able to concretize the best agreement to conclude the criminal process through a Reparatory Agreement and a Conditional Suspension of the Process. Being able to reach the best Reparatory Agreement in the alternative solutions of the criminal process, which makes possible analyzing and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the practice.
