    El celador y la comunicación con pacientes y usuarios. La comunicación en su triple vertiente: Relación con el paciente, Fuente de Información y Punto de partida para aplicar Decisiones y evaluar alternativas, es un pilar fundamental en el trato y servicio prestado por el centro de salud u hospital al usuario o paciente que lo frecuenta. De esta comunicación partirá y se fundamenta el proceso asistencial. El celador se comunicará con el paciente de un modo adecuado, adaptándose a las circunstancias particulares de cada uno, tratando de ofrecer un trato personalizado y obtener una respuesta positiva del mismo. Recordaremos que el celador suele ser el primer contacto del usuario/paciente con el mundo sanitario y puede convertirse en el representante del mismo durante su estancia en las instalaciones de salud.

    The orderly and communication with patients and users. Communication in its triple aspect: Relationship with the patient, Source of Information and Starting point to apply Decisions and evaluate alternatives, is a fundamental pillar in the treatment and service provided by the health center or hospital to the user or patient who attends it. The care process will be based on this communication. The orderly will communicate with the patient in an appropriate way, adapting to the particular circumstances of each one, trying to offer a personalized treatment and obtain a positive response from him. We will remember that the orderly is usually the first contact of the user/patient with the healthcare world and can become their representative during their stay in the healthcare facilities.
