    El principio histórico de la separación del Estado y las iglesias establecido en el artículo 130 de la Constitución mexicana, orienta al bloque constitucional en materia religiosa. El Congreso Constituyente de 1916-1917 forjó el paradigma de la supremacía del Estado sobre las iglesias y sobre los actos religiosos. El presente artículo reconstruye el debate parlamentario en torno a los proyectos de los artículos 24 y 130, demostrándose, en dicho proceso constitucional del Poder Constituyente, la influencia de la ideología del anticlericalismo que utilizaba, como mecanismo político, el discurso histórico

    The historical principle of the separation of the State and the churches established in article 130 of the Mexican Constitution, guides the constitutional bloc in religious matters. The Constituent Congress of 1916-1917 forged the paradigm of the supremacy of the State over the churches and over religious acts. This article reconstructs the parliamentary debate around the projects of articles 24 and 130, demonstrating, in said constitutional process of the Constituent Power, the influence of the ideology of anticlericalism that used, as a political mechanism, the historical discourse
