Resumen de Terrorismo socioambiental y crimen organizado contra la naturaleza: el caso mapuche en gulumapu

  Esta investigación, pensada desde Gulumapu “territorio mapuche” analizó la relación humano-naturaleza desarrollada en el contexto sociopolítico del crimen organizado contra la naturaleza, a partir de la teoría de la justificación de Forst y del estudio de caso sobre la Central Hidroeléctrica Llancalil, proyectada para el territorio de Huife, comuna de Pucón, región de la Araucanía, Chile. El análisis cualitativo y la revisión documental, permitió concluir que la relación humano-naturaleza construida en el contexto del terrorismo socioambiental transnacional y del crimen organizado contra la naturaleza, podrá ser “intercultural anticolonial”, cuando las justificaciones antropocéntricas, patriarcales, coloniales, capitalistas y modernas que la capturan, sean cuestionadas por justificaciones mapuche e interculturales, que promuevan el reconocimiento de los derechos de la naturaleza y las prácticas preventivas del crimen de lesa naturaleza.

  This research, conceived from Gulumapu “Mapuche territory”, analyzed the human-nature relationship developed in the socio-political context of organized crime against nature, based on Forst’s theory of justification and the case study of the Llancalil Hydroelectric Power Plant, projected for the territory of Huife, commune of Pucón, Araucanía region, Chile. The qualitative analysis and documentary review allowed concluding that the human-nature relationship built in the context of transnational socio-environmental terrorism and organized crime against nature, could be “in-tercultural anticolonial”, when the anthropocentric, patriarchal, colonial, capitalist and modern justifications that capture it, are questioned by Mapuche and intercultural justifications, which promote the recognition of the rights of nature and the preventive practices of crime against nature.
