  En el sistema educativo mexicano existen diversas funciones laborales, entre las cuales están docentes, directivos o administrativos, pero algunos de ellos cumplen dos funciones simultáneamente, los cuales son conocidos como docentes con función directiva comisionados, este grupo de docentes representan un porcentaje significativo de la fuerza laboral y sin embargo;

  poco se habla de ellos, siendo que sus condiciones de trabajo les provocan frecuentes situaciones estresantes por tener que cubrir dos puestos laborales que implican gran esfuerzo intelectual y físico.

  Este grupo de maestros se encuentran ante una contradicción constante, por no tener claro a cuál de sus dos funciones darle mayor importancia, por lo tanto, su rendimiento laboral en el aula se ve afectado

  In the Mexican educational system there are various work functions, among which are teachers, managers or administrative, but some of them perform two functions simultaneously, which are known as teachers with managerial function commissioners, this group of teachers represent a significant percentage of the labor force and yet; Little is said about them, since their working conditions cause frequent stressful situations because they have to cover two jobs that involve great intellectual and physical effort.

  This group of teachers are faced with a constant contradiction, because it is unclear to which of their two functions to give greater importance, therefore, their work performance in the classroom is affected.
