    El análisis de caso tuvo como objetivo describir el accionar de enfermería en un paciente con Tuberculosis más coinfección de VIH. Pues dichas patologías son importantes causas de morbilidad y mortalidad en el mundo, se convierten en una gran problemática de salud que repercute no solo en el sistema de salud, sino que, por la fisiopatología de la enfermedad, la deficiente adherencia al tratamiento, el estereotipo social hacia los pacientes con esta infección se convierte en un fenómeno social que se lucha constantemente con las poblaciones más susceptibles. El método utilizado para el desarrollo del análisis de caso clínico es de investigación científica, analítico, descriptivo, explicativo, observacional, se evidencia un contraste entre la recopilación bibliográfica de diversos artículos científicos, así como la revisión de historia clínica completa del paciente y entrevista directa al objeto de estudio. De acuerdo al seguimiento realizado al paciente se observa una evolución favorable, teniendo conocimiento sobre los riesgos de abandono al tratamiento farmacológico, lo que se evidencia mayor adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso y antirretroviral. Es responsabilidad de los profesionales de enfermería en atención primaria de salud brindar acompañamiento y garantizar atención, cuidados de calidad a pacientes inmunocomprometidos para disminuir recidivas y resistencia de la enfermedad y permita sobrellevar esta patología a través del autocuidado, adoptando comportamientos responsables en relación a su salud y la de su entorno.

    The case analysis had as objective to describe the nursing actions in a patient with Tuberculosis plus HIV coinfection. Since these pathologies are important causes of morbidity and mortality in the world, they become a major health problem that affects not only the health system, but also, due to the pathophysiology of the disease, poor adherence to treatment, the stereotype towards patients with this infection becomes a social phenomenon that is constantly fought with the most susceptible populations. The method used for the development of the clinical case analysis is scientific, analytical, descriptive, explanatory, observational research, a contrast is evident between the bibliographic compilation of various scientific articles, as well as the review of the patient's complete clinical history and direct interview. to the object of study. According to the follow-up carried out on the patient, a favorable evolution is observed, having knowledge about the risks of abandoning the pharmacological treatment, which shows greater adherence to antituberculosis and antiretroviral treatment. It is the responsibility of nursing professionals in primary health care to provide support and guarantee quality care to immunocompromised patients to reduce recurrences and resistance to the disease and allow them to cope with this pathology through self-care, adopting responsible behaviors in relation to their health. and that of your environment
