    Tradicionalmente, la educación ha experimentado importantes cambios y desarrollos, a tal punto de que hoy por hoy, uno de los cambios más notables en la actualidad es la adopción de la tecnología como herramienta de aprendizaje, más aún con las últimas innovaciones en educación. El aprendizaje en línea es una herramienta educativa fundamental, por lo que la educación contemporánea y futura debe abordar estas cuestiones para garantizar su eficacia y la igualdad de oportunidades y calidad educativa. En este sentido, el aprendizaje en línea se ha convertido en una de las formas de educación más importantes, pero a pesar de las muchas ventajas del aprendizaje en línea, también hay algunos problemas que deben resolverse, incluida la falta de interacción, dado que si bien el aprendizaje en línea ofrece una flexibilidad que no está disponible en la educación tradicional, los estudiantes pueden experimentar dificultades al incurrir en una transición de metodología educativa tan abrupta, además de no todos los sistemas educativos cuentan con la infraestructura necesaria para suplir los requerimientos del nuevo orden educativo. Por tanto, las instituciones educativas deben esforzarse por crear un entorno de aprendizaje en línea que promueva la interacción social, la motivación y el apoyo profesional, ya que de esta manera el aprendizaje en línea puede convertirse en una herramienta invaluable para alcanzar el éxito académico y la sostenibilidad educativa.

    Traditionally, education has undergone important changes and developments, to the point that today, one of the most notable changes today is the adoption of technology as a learning tool, even more so with the latest innovations in education. Online learning is a fundamental educational tool, so contemporary and future education must address these issues to ensure its effectiveness and equal opportunities and educational quality. In this sense, online learning has become one of the most important forms of education, but despite the many advantages of online learning, there are also some problems that need to be solved, including the lack of interaction, given that if Although online learning offers flexibility that is not available in traditional education, students may experience difficulties when incurring such an abrupt transition in educational methodology, in addition to not all educational systems having the necessary infrastructure to meet the requirements of the new educational order. Therefore, educational institutions should strive to create an online learning environment that promotes social interaction, motivation and professional support, since in this way online learning can become an invaluable tool to achieve academic success and educational sustainability.
