  La presente investigación tiene como principal propósito realizar un Plan de Negocio viable, eficaz, útil que ayudará a un negocio informal a introducirse al mercado formalmente, se define como informal aquel negocio que funciona sin los permisos correspondientes y no cuenta con un representante legal el cual será la parte principal para el funcionamiento del mismo.

  La característica principal de este tipo de negocios es que ejerce su actividad económica de forma informal y no proporcionan a su personal los debidos beneficios de ley, es por ello que se pretende formalizar el negocio y así contar con un espacio en el mercado el cual pueda ser visitado y tomado en cuenta por el cliente al momento de elegir un vestido para un evento social.

  Miss Vestidos será una empresa que se dedicará a la confección y comercialización de prendas de vestir femeninas en la ciudad de Guayaquil que busca satisfacer las necesidades sin distinción de edad, su proceso de producción será a través de máquinas industriales especializadas en corte, costura, bordado.

  La materia prima utilizada en el proceso de producción será en su mayoría de origen nacional, así se evitará costo de importación, considerando siempre ofrecer un producto de calidad a un costo que se ajuste a la necesidad del cliente.

  En los resultados de las encuestas realizadas durante la etapa de recopilación de información para estructurar el negocio, se toma la decisión de realizar diseños de vestidos de bodas ya que son los más requeridos por el cliente y ubicar el negocio en la zona céntrica de la ciudad de Guayaquil porque se considera que es un lugar concurrido para la venta de este tipo de prendas y a su vez es una zona muy accesible tanto para los habitantes del norte como el sur de la ciudad de Guayaquil y este no generaría tantos costos como abrir una tienda en un centro comercial.
