In this research, personal information form, Attitude Scale Towards In-Service Training Activities Questionnaire designed by Karasolak et al. (2013) were used in order to collect physical education teacher attitudes. SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the results. If independent variable consists of two groups, The Mann-Whitney U test was used and if it consists of three or more groups the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used. The results obtained from this study revealed that physical education teachers have negative attitudes towards in-service training activities in termsof gender, age, education level, region, school level, length of service and finally feedback. Regarding in-service training activities in this context in terms of overall quality highlights the requirement of planning the activities in accordance with teachers' opinions and needs. It is considered that needs-based programs can alter negative attitudes of in-service training activities.
