El 15 de mayo de 2011 nació el Movimiento Social 15-M, internacionalmente conocido como el Movimiento de los Indignados. Algunas de sus características están presentes en los clásicos y en los Nuevos Movimientos Sociales, si bien, tiene otras que lo diferencia de otros precedentes. En este artículo, recurriendo a la observación directa y participante y al análisis de datos secundarios, se expondrá el contexto, origen, sus características, sus fortalezas y debilidades, sus influencias y transcendencia.

On May 15, 2011 was born the Social Movement 15-M, internationally known as the Movement of the Indignant. Some of its characteristics are present in the classics and in the New Social Movements, although it has others that differentiate it from other precedents. In this article, resorting to direct and participant observation and analysis of secondary data, the context, origin, characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, influences and transcendence will be explained.
