Formación de los docentes actuales frente a los nuevos cambios en las metodologías educativas

    Los nuevos cambios acaecidos en los últimos años en la educación por la incorporación de las TICprincipalmente, han supuesto un cambio sustancial en las diferentes posibilidades de enseñar a losactuales alumnos que no son los de hace cincuenta años. Ante la honda preocupación que está toman-do el alto número de abandonos por parte de los estudiantes, y también en el profesorado, muchosestamentos educativos se han puesto patas arriba y han demandado la incorporación de nuevas me-todologías activas en los sistemas de enseñanza-aprendizaje de colegios, escuelas y universidades.Esto ha supuesto una gran transformación en el docente que ha tenido que ser capaz de adaptarsede la mejor manera, y lo más rápidamente posible a las nuevas demandas. En este estudio se especi-fica las fortalezas que debe de tener el profesor del futuro atendiendo a la nueva orientación que hantomado los alumnos. La motivación, el liderazgo y la enseñanza basada en la práctica, son algunosde los factores a mejorar y a estudiar por el profesorado. La incorporación de metodologías activasen los procesos de aprendizaje, favorecerán sin duda la adquisición de conocimiento por parte de losalumnos.

    The new changes that have occurred in recent years in education, mainly due to the incorporation ofICT's, have meant a substantial change in the different possibilities of teaching today's students, whoare not the same as those of fifty years ago. Faced with the deep concern that is taking the high numberof dropouts by students, and also in the teaching staff, many educational institutions have turned upsidedown and have demanded the incorporation of new active methodologies in the teaching-learningsystems of schools, colleges and universities. This has meant a great transformation in the teacher whohas had to be able to adapt in the best way, and as quickly as possible to the new demands. This studyspecifies the strengths that the teacher of the future must have in response to the new orientation thatstudents have taken. Motivation, leadership and practice-based teaching are some of the factors to beimproved and studied by teachers. The incorporation of active methodologies in the learning processwill undoubtedly favor the acquisition of knowledge by students.
