Film materials as tools for teaching English language literature
Study of the Brontëan narrative and its cultural dissemination through Coky Giedroyc’s film adaptation (2009)

The concept of cultural dissemination implies the introduction of a new author (reader) in the circular structure of literary creation, who carries out versions of various kinds influenced by or based on the original novel. In this essay we pretend that the English Language and Literature Degree students can understand the main theme of Wuthering Heights narrative by Emily Brontë taking as reference Coky Giedroyc’s film version (2009).
