Resumen de Juventud rural y folklore en conflicto: El caso de La Gaita de Cervera del Río Alhama (La Rioja)

  En las danzas rurales del norte de España pueden constatarse reminiscencias de carácter pagano. Dotadas de fuertes connotaciones sacras, su prevalencia y el interés de la juventud por secundarlas, sorprende en el entorno secular actual, de gran individualimos e hiperracional. De ahí el interés por entender los conflictos intergeneracionales surgidos en la actualidad, a través del estudio del caso de ‘La Gaita de Cervera del Río Alhama (La Rioja). Una danza que ha sido considerada marcial y que es sin embargo, un conjunto de ritos sagrados de fertilidad, adaptados con la misma vocación pretérita de rito comunitario, petitorio y de tránsito.

  In the rural dances of north of Spain, reminiscences of a pagan nature can be verified. Endowed with strong sacred connotations, their prevalence, and the interest of youth in high schools, surprises in a secular, individualistic and hyper-rational environment. This is the interest to understand the intergenerational conflicts that have arisen today, through the study of the case of ‘La Gaita de Cervera del Río Alhama’  (La Rioja). A dance that was considered atrial and that is, however, a set of sacred fertility rites, adapted with the same vocation as a community, petition and transit rite.
