    El artículo aborda el impacto de la Inteligencia Artificial en el campo de la enseñanza-aprendizaje vir-tual, analizando las características y complejidad de las diversas herramientas de IA que ya se vienendando en distintos ámbitos de la educación. La evolución y el desarrollo de nuevas herramientas de IAabre paso a nuevos procesos aprendizaje en donde los colectivos implicados, docentes y estudiantes,buscan afianzarse en este nuevo ecosistema educacional. Recientes investigaciones destacan que laIA será la gran novedad en la educación y el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje; que se dará desde laeducación inicial (infantes) hasta la educación superior incluyendo la formación empresarial. Mejorarála experiencia de los estudiantes al ofrecerles la oportunidad de crear funciones y modelos de apren-dizajes adaptativos con herramientas personalizadas. La metodología utilizada se basa en la revisióndocumental de fuentes primarias y secundarias sobre el desarrollo de la Inteligencia Artificial y de sucapacidad de acción que se está dando en el ámbito educativo. Los resultados obtenidos buscan inci-dir y profundizar en el uso de la IA conociendo la potencialidad de las herramientas, así como los retosque conlleva su uso en el ámbito educativo.

    The article addresses the impact of Artificial Intelligence in the field of virtual teaching-learning, ana-lyzing the characteristics and complexity of the various AI tools that are already being used in differentareas of education. The evolution and development of new AI tools opens the way to new learningprocesses where the groups involved, teachers and students, seek to gain a foothold in this neweducational ecosystem. Recent research highlights that AI will be the great novelty in education andthe teaching-learning process, which will be given from initial education (infants) to higher educationincluding business training. It will enhance the student experience by giving them the opportunity tocreate adaptive learning models and features with custom tools. The methodology used is based on thedocumentary review of primary and secondary sources on the development of Artificial Intelligence andits capacity for action that is taking place in the educational field. The results obtained seek to influenceand deepen the use of AI knowing the potential of the tools, as well as the challenges that their useentails in the educational field.
