El presente trabajo aspira ser una aproximación a la vida y obra del sacerdote Andrés Coll y Pérez.Ambas, vida y obra, se extendieron a lo largo de un periodo de tiempo muy convulso de la vidaespañola: la fase final de la Restauración, la dictadura de Primo de Rivera, la República y el primerfranquismo. Pasó de ser un regeneracionista católico para convertirse en una activista político(radical anti-republicano) y terminar siendo un ferviente franquista.

The present paper aims to approach the life and work of the Catholic priest, Andrés Coll y Pérez.Both his life and his work extended through a highly convulsive period of Spanish history: the lastyears of the Restoration of Monarchy, the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera, the Second Republic andthe first years of Francoism. He evolved from being a supporter of the Catholic Regenerationmovement into a political activist (a radical anti-republican), to end up being a fervent supporter ofFranco’s regime.
